    We collect and process the following personal data about you when you apply for a donation:
    Personal data that you provide when you apply for support which may include your name, address, email address, phone number and bank details; Any other (personal) information that you provide when you apply for support; Correspondence, or a record of it, if you should contact us;

    We use personal data held about you to:
    • process your request for support
    • process payment of financial donations
    • contact you by telephone or email where relevant to your application
  3. Sharing of information with third parties
    We do not share any data with persons outside the Board unless legally obliged to do so.

  4. Storage of personal data
    We take appropriate technical measures to protect the personal data that we hold. We limit access to your personal data to Board members who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to carry out their role. We will keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed to realise the goals for which it is collected.
